Ordering repeat prescriptions can be a pain, and can take up a lot of your time, especially if it’s difficult for you to get to your local surgery or pharmacy.

If you regularly order repeat prescriptions from your doctor, Fairgreen Pharmacy can save you time and trouble. You can order and collect prescriptions directly from us or we can deliver to you, with no need to wait for medicines to be dispensed normally. All you need to do is register with us, and we will arrange everything directly with your doctor’s surgery.

Organise your prescriptions in 4 simple steps

STEP 1

Complete your details using the online form below, indicating if you require us to deliver to you. You can also contact or visit us for a hard copy.

STEP 2

We will be in touch to request most up-to-date repeat form (if applicable). We will explain the service, how it works for you and answer any questions you might have.

STEP 3

When you are ready to order, please contact us either by telephone or pop in. Please do not order directly from your surgery, as the surgery staff may not send your prescriptions to us.

STEP 4

Collect your medicines from Fairgreen Pharmacy when they are ready: we can also deliver if patients are housebound or have difficulty accessing our pharmacy.

Normally you have to allow 3-4 working days for your doctor to issue the prescription.
